Ettersom portef\u00f8ljen v\u00e5r av selskaper innen b\u00e5de sj\u00f8mat og logistikk fortsetter \u00e5 vokse, styrker vi n\u00e5 satsingen v\u00e5r p\u00e5 Customer Success-teamet ytterligere.<\/p>\n

Med en stadig voksende kundeportef\u00f8lje investerer vi enda mer i Customer Success Management (CSM) for \u00e5 sikre at kundene v\u00e5re f\u00e5r den st\u00f8tten, veiledningen og oppf\u00f8lgingen de trenger for \u00e5 f\u00e5 mest mulig verdi ut av v\u00e5re programvarel\u00f8sninger.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let v\u00e5rt er enkelt: \u00e5 v\u00e6re tett p\u00e5 kundene v\u00e5re, forst\u00e5 behovene deres og bidra til deres suksess \u2013 hele veien.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

M\u00f8t teamet<\/h2>\n

Lars Tore Lien<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lars Tore startet i Customer Success-teamet i september etter \u00e5 ha jobbet som Service Manager innen logistikk i Maritech. Med solid erfaring fra logistikkbransjen og god kjennskap til kundene v\u00e5re, jobber han n\u00e5 tett med b\u00e5de logistikk- og sj\u00f8matkunder for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte deres videre utvikling og suksess.<\/p>\n

Per Agnar Heggheim<\/strong><\/p>\n

Per Agnar ble en del av teamet 1. februar. Etter mange \u00e5r som konsulent innen support i Maritech, har han opparbeidet seg verdifull innsikt i kundenes behov og arbeidsprosesser. Hans erfaring og kundefokus har allerede blitt et viktig bidrag til teamet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t

Daniel B\u00f8e<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daniel startet i Maritech i januar som nytt medlem av Customer Success-teamet. Fra tidligere har han erfaring som Customer Success Manager i HP, og tar med seg sterk kompetanse fra teknologi- og B2B-milj\u00f8er.<\/p>\n

Tone Mykl\u00f8y Helseth<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tone er ogs\u00e5 en viktig del av teamet. Hun har mange \u00e5rs erfaring fra kommersielle roller i Maritech, er godt kjent blant kundene v\u00e5re og bidrar med verdifull bransjekunnskap og kundeinnsikt.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t
