Investeringen v\u00e5r i Maritech gjenspeiler dette\u00bb <\/p><cite>Kjetil Haga, partner i Broodstock Capital.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Investeringen i Maritech er i tr\u00e5d med Broodstock Capitals strategi om \u00e5 investere i markedsledere innen vekstnisjer i sj\u00f8matn\u00e6ringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter transaksjonen, som ble signert i dag, eier Broodstock Capital 52 prosent av aksjene i Maritech. \u00d8vrige aksjon\u00e6rer er Midvest Fondene (36 prosent), B\u00f8lgen Invest (10 prosent), og Mette Kamsv\u00e5g, som er styreleder i Maritech (2 prosent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verdien av 100 prosent av aksjene i Maritech er beregnet utfra en multippel p\u00e5 6-7 x forventet EBITDA-resultat for 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maritechs historie strekker seg helt tilbake til 1975, men dagens virksomhet ble etablert i 2012 da programselskapet ble skilt ut fra Akva Group ASA. I dag har Maritech n\u00e6rmere 300 kunder, inkludert de st\u00f8rste sj\u00f8matselskapene i Norge. Selskapet sysselsetter omtrent 60 medarbeidere. Maritechs hovedkontor ligger i Aver\u00f8y, mens det st\u00f8rste kontoret ligger i Molde. Selskapet har ytterligere norske kontorer i Oslo, Harstad og Troms\u00f8, samt internasjonale kontorer i Halifax, Canada, og i Seattle, USA. I l\u00f8pet av 2017 har Maritech styrket selskapets posisjon innen digitalisering og IoT (internet of things) gjennom \u00e5 bli majoritetseier i Lillebakk Engineering AS. Janne T.
