N\u00e5 \u00f8ker de eierandelen til 98 prosent. I mellomtiden har Maritechs omsetning \u00f8kt med omtrent 140 prosent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selgere er Midvest Fondene (36 prosent) og B\u00f8lgen Invest (10 prosent). Transaksjonsdetaljene er ikke offentliggjort. Styreleder Mette Kamsv\u00e5g eier resterende to prosent av Maritech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Havbruksn\u00e6ringen er fremdeles forholdsvis analog, men digitaliseringsb\u00f8lgen vi s\u00e5 konturene av for et par \u00e5r siden har n\u00e5 begynt \u00e5 \u00f8ke i st\u00f8rrelse. Maritech ligger helt i front p\u00e5 dette feltet og har derfor hatt en solid utvikling de seneste par \u00e5rene. Systemet skal n\u00e5 rulles ut for fullt i sj\u00f8matsektoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>En finansiell solid eier som Broodstock gj\u00f8r oss i stand til \u00e5 drive konsolidering i bransjen og derigjennom skape ytterligere merverdi for kundene v\u00e5re. Gjennom oppkj\u00f8pet av Timpex kan vi levere skreddersydde programvarel\u00f8sninger for hele sj\u00f8matens verdikjede, fra sj\u00f8 til bord. Logistikk og transport representerer den st\u00f8rste kostnaden for sj\u00f8matn\u00e6ringen utenom selve varen. Ved \u00e5 kombinere logistikkteknologien til Timpex med sj\u00f8matprogramvaren til Maritech kan vi bidra til \u00e5 redusere v\u00e5re kunders kostnader betydelig. <\/p><cite>Janne T.
