Vi har v\u00e6rt majoritetseier siden 2017, siden den gang har selskapene jobbet sammen om flere felles prosjekter innen Internet of Things (IoT), automasjon og analyse. N\u00e5 blir Lillebakk fullt integrert og samlokalisert med Maritech i Molde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automasjon og industriell IoT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lillebakk ble etablert i 2013, og har vokst raskt innen automasjon og industriell IoT. I 2019 hadde selskapet 10 ansatte og en omsetning p\u00e5 25,5 MNOK, i all hovedsak knyttet til IoT og skytjenesten LINSiGHT. L\u00f8sningen er tilpasset sj\u00f8matn\u00e6ringen, industri, energi og offentlig sektor, og vil bli utviklet videre for de ulike kundesegmentene. Samlet har de to selskapene over 100 ansatte, og en omsetning p\u00e5 over 100 MNOK (2019). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abOppkj\u00f8pet er et ledd i v\u00e5r strategi om videre vekst,\u00bb forteller Janne T. Morst\u00f8l, CEO i Maritech. \u00abVi skal ekspandere i verdikjeden, og IoT og automasjon er n\u00f8kkelkompetanse for \u00e5 s\u00f8rge for kvalitetskontroll, produktivitet og \u00e5 kunne ta datadrevne, operasjonelle beslutninger. Lillebakks produkter og kompetanse vil gj\u00f8re at Maritech kan tilby l\u00f8sninger for smartere produksjon til sj\u00f8matkunder i Norge og internasjonalt.\u00bb  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abJeg er overbevist om at dette er en god l\u00f8sning for Lillebakk,\u00bb sier Andre Lillebakk, CTO og med-gr\u00fcnder av Lillebakk AS. \u00abFor oss, for v\u00e5re dyktige medarbeidere og for Maritech. For meg som gr\u00fcnder har jo dette v\u00e6rt en eventyrlig reise, fra selskapet ble startet av to br\u00f8dre hjemme p\u00e5 hvert sitt hjemmekontor, til der vi st\u00e5r i dag. Det er jo helt klart at det er f\u00f8lelsesladet \u00e5 overlate selskapet til andre. Samtidig skal vi ikke legge skjul p\u00e5 at vi har lagt bak oss en krevende periode, der vi har vurdert flere ulike alternativer for fremtiden. Vi jobber n\u00e5 med v\u00e5r f\u00f8rste store felles lansering av et spennende produkt som vil komme i l\u00f8pet av f\u00e5 m\u00e5neder.
