Han har n\u00e5 ansvaret for \u00e5 styrke tjenestene v\u00e5re som ett Maritech &#8211; over hele verden, med AMS (Application Management Services) som hj\u00f8rnesteinen og grunnlaget for alle fremtidige tjenester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hva er AMS?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovedhensikten med Application Management Services (AMS) er \u00e5 utvikle kundest\u00f8tte fra \u00e5 v\u00e6re en reaktiv break-and-fix-tjeneste til et proaktivt tilbud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her i Maritech tror vi p\u00e5 \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 dette gjennom en kombinasjon av gode verkt\u00f8y og en strukturert organisasjon. Som et ledd i dette har vi n\u00e5 implementert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/information-technology\/glossary\/itil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ITIL\u00ae<\/a>-prosesser for hendelses-, serviceforesp\u00f8rsler og endringsforesp\u00f8rsler. ITIL\u00ae er verdens mest brukte IT Service Management-rammeverk, og beskriver beste praksis. Dette gir b\u00e5de kunden og Maritechs supportorganisasjon en strukturert arbeidsflyt og dermed en enda mer effektiv m\u00e5te \u00e5 jobbe p\u00e5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maritech har ogs\u00e5 implementert et sett med sonder for applikasjonsoverv\u00e5kning, noen generiske og andre skreddersydd for v\u00e5re egne applikasjoner. I tillegg har vi ogs\u00e5 styrket v\u00e5r prosessoverv\u00e5king og er n\u00e5 i enda st\u00f8rre grad i stand til \u00e5 gi kunden en tidlig advarsel n\u00e5r lokale datafeil er i ferd med \u00e5 oppst\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Globale kompetanseteam <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 st\u00f8ttesiden har Maritech omorganisert og omstrukturert supportteamene, med en virtuell, dedikert servicedesk og en kombinasjon av dedikerte og tildelte st\u00f8tteressurser i 2. og 3. linje.
