Our investors
At the beginning of 2024, we were acquired by CAI Software, a portfolio company of STG.
CAI is a leader in integrated software and technological solutions for critical business operations, including production-related ERP, MES, eCommerce EDI, and WMS. With our integration into CAI, the focus will be on cloud solutions for seafood production and distribution, supporting processes throughout the entire value chain — from catch, procurement, production/processing, packaging, sales (including import/export), logistics, to analysis and reporting.
