This enables Seaborn to improve processes, profitability, and reduce time spent on searching for data and preparing reports.

With Maritechs Analytics, Seaborn turns data into insights with customizable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for reporting that helps them move from reactive to proactive decision-making in real-time. Seafood exporter Seaborn can access data from many sources in one portal, and use dashboards to share insights and performance across the organization.

Lunde says that the Analytics tool and close cooperation with Maritech’s Data Science team has changed Seaborn’s routines and workday.

“The dashboard provides all departments with today’s status and focus. This means that we can be one step ahead instead of spending time on fighting fires. And our meetings are now to a greater extent based on facts instead of presumptions, significantly aiding in the assessment and management of seafood safety and quality as a seafood exporter.”
