Previously, Egron used manual methods such as Excel, Dropbox, and HSE systems, along with paperwork that had to be handled manually: – We conducted an analysis to find areas that could be streamlined. The result was that we needed a more efficient system that could handle these tasks automatically.
– We chose Maritech TMS because of their comprehensive solution. Maritech is the largest player in the fishing industry, where we at Egron have significant operations. We envision that in the future, we can integrate TMS with P&S, which will provide even better flow in our systems.

This app has been a great success. All drivers use Timpex Confirm, making it easier to track deliveries, register deviations, and get signatures directly into the TMS system.

With the help of automatic documentation and immediate internal communication, we get a complete overview of operations in real-time. Firmadok gathers all handbooks, terminal loading and unloading routines, deviation handling, and the ability to easily retrieve payroll data.
🔎 Reduced workload and manual processes
We no longer need manual reporting of hours, cross-checking in Excel, and handling paperwork.
Significant improvement with Firmadok
– We investigated several TMS providers, but Maritech stood out especially with its complete solution, complemented by Firmadok.
Previously, all tax registration was handled manually, but with Firmadok, this now happens automatically: – Firmadok has been a significant improvement for us in terms of tax registration. We are still in the process of fully implementing the system due to our existing systems, but we look forward to having it completely in place.
